MODERN MOON

Modern Moon is a handcrafted jewelry brand & custom bead bar located inside of the Henry Ellis boutique in Rogers, AR.

Modern Moon X MADDHOUSE was the ultimate collab of brands. Both fun, bright, bold, and unapologetic- this collab was basically kismet.

Inspired by Modern Moon’s brand identity, tarot cards, and of course a touch of magic, the Modern Moon Mural came to life. Modern Moon’s catch phrase, “For Every Phase” is front and center, and embraces and honors you at any and all phases of your life. After using the color blocking technique in the background, I then pulled icons from their brand identity, and brought in the hands as models for the jewelry. Scaling up some bracelets gave movement to the piece and playfully breaks up the color blocking. The final touch, of course, was adding our socials tags to create the perfectly instagrammable piece.

This was the quickest MADDHOUSE install yet. We laid the base sketch and outlines down on a Friday evening and installed 8am-8pm on Saturday. I couldn’t have done it without the help of some lovely assistants :)
